Review on iDSS by Zach Flores

I like that it allows you to create multiple accounts, but still have all of your data in one place! It's not as user friendly or intuitive compared with other CRM software out there (like Salesforce).

If they would make some changes/additions such an adding more fields so we can track our leads better this could be great!! We are able solve issues quickly by using IDSS which makes us look professional when dealing wtih customers who may need assistance from time t otime solving their problems via email etc.
