The weather finally helped and I was able to use this monitor for two grilled steaks. My wife likes a well done steak and I like it half done. No more guessing, you can cook four different steaks at the same time in four different ways. The colored rings on the probes get very hot, you must use an oven mitt or mitt to remove them, and you must insert the probe from the side so you can flip the steaks. I look forward to cooking a prime rib in a salty crust and seeing a prime rib progress in four different places without having to make educated guesses. I used the app on my iPhone and it was easy to install and use. You can set four different alarms corresponding to four different colored sensors.
