Poor Customer Service by NUOVOWARE

I was very dissatisfied with NUOVOWARE's lack of customer care as a customer. I patiently awaited the delivery of a power tool that I had purchased online. But when the package arrived, it wasn't what I had requested. In contrast to what was advertised on their website, the object was entirely different. To correct the situation, I quickly contacted NUOVOWARE's customer service department. I was unhappy to discover that I had to wait on hold for a long time before speaking to a representative, who I found to be disinterested in assisting me. They even implied that perhaps I had placed the wrong purchase and was to blame. I was able to speak with a supervisor after numerous failed efforts to get a resolution, and she promised to send me the right item. However, the replacement tool was never delivered, and no one ever returned my calls to their customer care number. It is unacceptable how careless and unprofessional NUOVOWARE's customer support representatives were. I won't use this business once more, and I'll tell my friends and family the same.
