Review on Surefire by Bob Berry

Surefire's equipment may be reliable in hazardous conditions, but my encounter with the company's customer service was terrible. I had problems with my order, and the support staff was of little assistance to me. I had to try calling several times before I got through, and even then, they weren't able to help me out. In addition, the structure and search capabilities of their website have room for enhancement. Due to my negative experiences with their customer care and website, I cannot endorse Surefire.
