When the watch arrived I was delighted. It arrived in a nice bag with a jewelry box. The watch was easy to read, easy to set and looked beautiful. I liked being able to tell the time at a glance. But after a week of use, I took one look at the time and noticed the minute hand was dangling. The arm broke and now every movement of my arm causes it to move rapidly around the face. When standing still, the arm hangs freely. Very disappointed.
