Excellent food thermometer! I love how easy it is to use. I had one with an arrow and numbers on the face to look at forever. This thermometer is very fast and appears to be accurate. I like how the probe retracts and shuts off to save battery. I use it primarily to check my child's food (so it doesn't get too hot) but look forward to using it when preparing roasted meats in the oven and slow cooker. Color and design are aesthetically pleasing. The only thing is that it's a bit big. Otherwise great purchase!
