Affordable but looks expensive.

I was looking for a cute little anklet for summer and came across this one. I didn't have high hopes for the price, but it's just beautiful. My favorite is the little rhinestone pendant at the end of the length adjuster. It just makes the whole item look 100 times more expensive.
