Ordered twice from this company. Delivery both ways was great. My problem is the discrepancy between the smell and the materials used. My first order was amazing, I ordered patchouli and they smelled amazing. I was so happy with them. I went through my stock so next time I ordered patchouli and jasmine. The material in this order is different and doesn't smell as good. Jasmine reminds me of Mom's night out after I stopped by the local Spencer. patchouli. Just totally missed. Reminds me of bad decisions. What I can say is that their burn time isn't bad, they burn for a while. They just lack the punch my last order had. So, for the delivery, the correct delivery of my order without any problems and the working time, I give them 3 stars. Would I recommend her? Probably not. Although if you're not as worried as I am, they're a good buy.
