One of my biggest complaints has been our lack of a consistent method that gets new members engaged with the platform, which can at times be difficult as they are using an unfamiliar environment. Billy Genes's training approach is great! A full day class that I took was filled with useful tips regarding getting users more familiarized with the service. I believe this course will help anyone looking for knowledge about how online platforms work as well as teaching social networking skills. With any social network you should first make sure that your potential customers have an easy way to interact. I liked that they were very flexible with their schedule, coming up at all times of day was great as well! Very professional & helpful (not pushy). They gave us many ideas/tips which we implemented successfully into our business plan - so far it has been working out really nicely!! Would highly recommend them if you have any questions about marketing or need some tips along your journey :) Great team who are passionate when talking shop.
