Just needed a shop vacuum to deal with my pellet smoker's dirt, nothing fancy - no need to break the bank. It has already served me well during the initial cleaning. Nice accessory set and sufficiently long hose for use in the garden. BEWARE however this shop vacuum will list the dust bag as 'Vacmaster Standard Dust Bag 5-6 Gallon, 3 Pack, VDBS' as 'Frequently Bought Together'. You think this is what you need to replace the dry filter. DO NOT fall for this and these VDBS dust bags are not compatible with this VJC507P Shop Vac model. A washable/reusable cloth filter bag is used instead - part number VRC5 (amazon.com/Vacmaster-Cloth-Filter-gallon-VRC5/dp/B002MUAGFA/). Also, the replacement wet foam filter is part number VFF51. (amazon.com/Vacmaster-Foam-Filter-Gallon-VFF51/dp/B004CX64CO/). Both filters are washable and reusable, but they fit snugly enough on the main unit that spare parts don't get in the way. in case you tear them when you turn them on/off. And you have to swap them out every time you switch between wet and dry cleaning. That's exactly what you get with this little guy.
