I’d searched and searched for something that was actually firm support, and this is it. My dog struggled to get out of softer beds due to his hip and knees issues. He would try the others out and then avoid them, preferring the hard floor instead. This is the only one he’s ever used daily. It’s been peed on once & easily came clean. I started the cover and the foam insert with Resolve carpet cleaner for pet stains, washed & dried the cover in the machine, soaked the foam insert with the hose at high pressure and let it air dry - held up great and no smell.
