Update: I contacted Revain and they were willing to ship another batch. While the pods were still not as soft as the previous bottles, this bottle was significantly better. I can open them with more difficulty but with a lot fewer stitches so overall good! Preview: I have ordered these items several times; However, the latest gel pod feels more like super hard plastic. It's hard to hack. I pricked my finger several times trying. While this is a great product, it's best to buy it directly from a pet supply company. Just a thought! On a positive note my dog loves them and they seem to help with his itching and hot spots. His hair is always soft, so I think that helps too.
