As a mountain runner, I have used Nathans for many years and love them. Once you appreciate their few limitations (they can leak in certain situations, like not standing upright on soft surfaces like car seats, or when the nozzle can warp when washed in the dishwasher), they become a trusty running companion . One day I tripped over rocks and Nathan's bottle stopped my fall - if I hadn't fallen straight onto Nathan's bottle I would have certainly broken my wrist (and the bottle/tank itself wasn't even injured!). This model's zip pouch is big enough for a car key, lip gloss, a couple of tissues and an ID, but it's more than enough for when you're not carrying your phone around.
