Works great! I would like before and after photos to show you. My upper back was covered with deep pimples just below the surface of the skin. Some were hurt, others were just plain ugly. The surface of my skin was dry and bumpy. I've been using Panoxyl since November and the results are amazing! My skin is clearing up quickly - no deep pimples, just slightly dry skin now and a few superficial pimples. This is despite the fact that I use it about twice a week as advertised. Can run faster if you use it every day. The skin did not dry out and even softened the tanned area around the neck.
