I can see the difference in the masks

I have very dark pigmentation under my eyes due to genetics and allergies. I had never used a product like this before so I was interested in reviews. Packs are easy to close and keep product moist. They're a little tricky to grab with individual pads, but I used multiple tweezers and was only able to grab one. I left these seals for 20 minutes. Photo above before, below after. It definitely reduced puffiness and even helped with my pigmentation a bit. Anything is better than nothing for me right now. I have very sensitive skin and it hasn't caused me any problems.
