Everyone needs this in the kitchen.

I can’t tell you how many times I’ve used this since I received it. And I thought it would be another candidate for the junk drawer. I keep it where I can reach it easily because it has so many uses. Dough, ground meat etc.

Pros

Makes a great cookie crust for our strawberry dessert.

Cons

The wood can splinter and make it unusable
