Wow I really hate this thing. I've never had a kitchen item that really appeals to me. I really wanted to like it. Seems like it should be easy to do, right? I had something similar from Pampered Chef a few years ago and it was GREAT! Unfortunately, my ex caught it. So what's wrong with that? First of all, the MAIN job of this grater is to keep the cheese in the chamber fresh. The rubber seal above the camera, which is connected to the handle, is great. There are no problems. That little circular sliding door that the cheese comes out of? It could also be a window. Serious. Everything spins up and down like it's about to fall. I "believe" it was designed so that the inner tip stays pressed firmly against the body and then the outer part rotates to reveal the inner chamber where the cheese comes out. Yes No. Air escapes everywhere. There is a problem with the body. When you flip it it feels SUPER cheap like it's all falling apart. Man I was really trying to fix this relationship. I mean it's just a cheese grater! I hate it so much I actually have trouble getting returns. I can't even look at it.
