This shampoo without yellowing is perfect for me! It takes a few tries to figure out how long you should leave it on your hair. I recommend that you start at 3 minutes on the first try if you have very porous hair, otherwise it will definitely turn light lilac purple. USE GLOVES to avoid turning your hands purple. I decided that I should leave it on the parting and hairline for about 3 minutes and then apply some to the length for another 2-3 minutes before rinsing out. The aroma struck me as a pleasant, light berry aroma. I don't use it every wash and find I don't need to use a lot so I think it's worth the price as it lasts a long time.
