Works for me. I had a thin leather wallet and it doesn't take up much space. The only thing that doesn't bother me is the lack of quick access to the maps, but that's not so important. This becomes clear when looking at the design. I would have had to take the ID card out of the leather compartment of my last wallet anyway, so it's probably less complicated than my leather wallet. On the other hand, I like that I can keep my bills in a rubber band.
