Review on 🍞 Wusthof Classic Bread Knife, 1 Size, Ebony, Stainless Steel by Adam Gorsage

A few months ago my wife and I bought a set of three of the Wusthof classic knives and have been very impressed with their work. When we needed a new bread knife we decided to spend the extra money and buy the same knife for our set. And we were amazed. First off, the quality of the Wüsthof and the feel of this knife is great. It just feels good in the hand. I can't put it into words, but I would say it just feels right. Also, the knives we had before were cheap knives from other brands. With this knife you hardly have to go over the bread and it simply cuts through. No real effort is required. Even bread, which is a bit more elastic, just goes through (like a knife through butter :P). The only downside I would give is that it doesn't come with a knife sheath and there really isn't one. matching cover. I bought this: Wüsthof Blade Guard 8 Carver and it fits relatively well (not a 100% fit as the bread knife has a slight camber). Anyway, I'm a huge Wüsthof fan and I highly recommend him.
