Mine don't work effectively in any way, the important thing is they don't work at all. I had one earbud activated and even with that the touch sensitivity is terrible, pairing was either good or bad and I had to unpair and re-pair the same device (Samsung Galaxy S20) every time to activate a 'working' earbud. I read the full guide several times and thought I was doing something wrong, but no, only one earbud was activated. The other showed no sign of life even when fully charged. I've given them a try to keep me busy (waiting for a new set of quality headphones) and I realize they're not expensive, but having both headphones included is a must at any price. Send back.
