Review on Continental ContiVikingContact 7 205/55 R16 94T winter by Mateusz Komorowski ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I'm very happy, it really is worth buying.

I put tires on a new Volvo s60 t5 awd. so far, the operating experience is only 1000 km, but it has already been possible to ride on all types of winter surfaces. region of use - St. Petersburg and the region. I can say that this is the first experience of riding Velcro. before that, was also a skeptic and lover of Hakki 8-9 series. The conclusions are as follows - I did not think that it could be so good. there was already ice rain, slush, thaw, frost after thaw, snowy rolled roads, snow with an ice crust on a country primer and on all these types of surfaces there were no deviations in use. conclusions: for an all-wheel drive car (the level of use is 80 city 20 highway and country roads) this is an ideal option and the price is fully justified. I can’t evaluate such qualities as durability, wear, strength yet, but in a year I will add a review. who doubts the transition from spikes to Velcro, do not be afraid, choose good tires and use common sense on the road and speed limits. neither spikes nor a parachute will save you if you go beyond the limits of safe winter driving (dedicated to all those who say that Velcro does not hold corners on a winter road at a speed of 120 + km / h)
