won't tilt and swivel in the orientation described in the instructions
I bought this to have a projector mount that does the following. (1) Adding depth from a sloping ceiling (2) Changing the angle of the pole from the ceiling to the projector mount (3) Tilt the projector to adjust the angle of the projector pole and level the projector. According to the instructions it can be done. This is not possible due to the orientation of the mounting flanges on the ceiling mount. If that bracket was rotated 90 degrees then you could do it. As intended - nothing.
