I had a cheap 4 usb plastic plug that looked like it was going to burn my house down. I saw this device as a WOOT deal. I almost bought it but I checked out Revain first. $2 discount. SALE! I loosened 1 screw holding the old cover. Connect this unit and fix it with the supplied screw. Now we can all plug in our chargers and charge whatever we have. Every day we use two or three USB outlets to charge tablets, phones and the like. As we prepare to travel, we use every USB port and outlet to charge our headphones, phones, tablets, batteries and everything else we need for long airport stops. We don't have to prioritize and remember which units are charged. Load them all up, then throw them in the bags and go. I have a feeling this one won't try to kill me in my sleep, which in itself is a bonus. Why Revane wanted me to rate this for travel I don't know. It is not manufactured or sold for this purpose. Thickness? 5 stars because I care how thick it is? It does what I need and if there's an error I don't see it.
