I like that it is easy to use and user friendly for the new users. It also has features that allow you to customize your own format for your department. There are some things about this program that could be improved. The layout of the home page is not as intuitive, especially if you have no experience using this type of software. You need to learn how to navigate the program in order to get the most out of it. This system allows us to easily add/edit information when needed without having to go back and forth between separate programs. We can keep an updated list of all who's scheduled and what duties they will be performing. Also, we can track their work hours which helps us with our budgeting process.
