Purchased this belt after I began running the trail ways by my neighborhood, I needed a belt that allowed me to carry some type of fluid to help keep my hydrated. I live in Texas and running even a few miles in this humidity really effects a persons run, overall I liked the belt the only thing I would change is the pocket could be made of flexible material(similar to the spibelt material used) just to allow for bigger phones with cases and keys to be placed in with out having to squeeze everything in. Also the material used for the actual belt part should also be a little more flexible. Overall try entire belt including the water bottle being filled to capacity was very lightweight, I give this one four stars only because I think the material used to make the pocket and belt itself could be improved. What I really liked is how easily the bottles were accessible and pulling them out for a sip and placing them back in during the run was super easy.
