I recently purchased these and here's why: I made strawberries dipped in chocolate for a party and brought them on a platter. Then I realized how awkward it is for someone to take one (if its big), especially if you have on nice or dressy clothing. Next time I make them, I will bring them on these little individual 'plates' and people can pick up and take the whole little dish (allowing for the two bites that might be needed, plus allowing for chocolate pieces to safely drop!). What else can I tell you about these? They are really tiny.that may be obvious but maybe not. I like the picture of the 3 pieces of fruit with a mint leave.I may use them for that purpose too! As for bites of cake and such.unless you are doing a geniuine sampling (like a wedding caterer or a bakery might do), I think these are really too small. One thing I liked about them- besides being perfect for serving choc dipped strawberries- is that they are crystal clear plastic, which gives them a more formal, classy look (much nicer than paper, for example!)
