Not worth the money, I will not advise this product.

Under the guarantee (and this is an obvious factory defect), nothing could be solved. The store in 2022 where it was bought had died by that time (phones / emails were silent). They answered the letter through the global site in a couple of hours, but they said that we are Bialetti USA, and in Europe you need to write to Italians (they gave mail). Predictably, no one answered the mail, but after registering on the site, I managed to open a ticket in which I described the problem and attached photos of the defective node. A couple of days later I received an answer that my appeal was accepted for consideration. A month later, the ticket was closed, as the problem was solved and I was asked to leave a review :))))).

Pros

Easy to use. A cappuccino is distinctive but delicious if you use the right milk and not too finely ground coffee.

Cons

Extremely low reliability of critical components. In fact, the most important node is a valve with a weighting agent to create foam. So here it is completely made of plastic, including fasteners for a threaded connection, which you will twist daily. In a coffee maker bought in 2022, one of the legs fell off in 2022, the valve began to warp. Ok, a new coffee maker of the same type was bought. She worked for about 5 months, after which the valve just knocked out. An elastic band with a metal ring is simply pressed into plastic and this connection, in principle, is not repairable - and this is the node that experiences the greatest mechanical stress every day. It is a pity that I did not look before the second purchase, reviews on Amazon for this type of coffee maker - a broken valve is every second review. Apparently, over the years, the Italians have "simplified" something in production, and this has noticeably weakened this knot.
