I've lived in Plantronics headsets for 15 years which sounded great, were comfortable all day and could throw themselves on the table after a call with little consequence. Their new line is a disaster on all those fronts. There used to be a good microphone that was on the outside of the ear with a fabric cover, but this very functional and comfortable option has been discontinued, as confirmed by direct contact with the manufacturer. With the new model, headphones can be bulky, maybe from the 60s, or obtrusive and uncomfortable ear gel that gets stuck in the ear, tiring even with a short conversation and most importantly uncomfortable. unpleasant and dull noise. The button on the back is very delicate and the ear gel makes it easy to attach the tip. So if you want to put it somewhere other than the bracket, you need to carefully balance it on the gel, otherwise it will turn over, press it's own button. and picks up the phone. I'm sure someone likes this model for some reason because they built it, but it's not clear to me that they've stopped releasing much more functional versions for the rest of us. Totally incompetent project.
