Well I was looking for a thermometer that was not only easy to use, but more importantly accurate and consistent. It is light, well made and feels comfortable in the hand. I tried it on different family members and compared the readings with another thermometer. It was nice to find consistency in all readings. Even in times like today, when the risk of Covid-19 is almost omnipresent, we can use it when gathering with close relatives and friends on special occasions such as children's birthdays and anniversaries. Great tool to think before you let guests join. In addition, the ability to adjust the switch between two scales is very intuitive and easy to use. So far I am satisfied with the purchase. I hope it's durable enough to last a good amount of time which should be worth the money spent. I would recommend this to my friends. My only suggestion is to add two AAA batteries so it will be ready when it arrives and you can use it right away when you need it.
