My cats loved it as soon as I took it out of the box. However I was a little unhappy that the toy attached to it fell off in 0.2 seconds, the photos showed my attempts to reattach it. As if I hadn't even seen exactly how it was attached, my cat took it off that quickly. Should definitely be fixed better. I also agree with the other reviewer that it should be bigger. I would never reach the bed. And I would never pay full price for it. Got it on Black Friday for a huge discount. Not worth the $120 they buy on their website that offers you a crazy cat scratch post tennis ball 🙄 but for what I paid for it I'm happy. The cats love it. And that's enough for me
