Review on 🐶 Leather-Decorated Dog Head Collar for Optimal Control and Comfort on Walks - Suitable for Small, Medium, and Large Dogs by Sal Mattocks

My 12 year old Border Collie has always been a farm dog and we now live in the suburbs with a gated yard. I've tried walking her a few times and she was practically out of breath trying to chase squirrels and such. In classic border collie fashion, she also tries to stay in the family circle when she goes for hikes or walks. So there was so much traction and I felt sorry for her. With this product, it became easy and pleasant for us and our dog to go for walks and hikes. It was difficult to learn how to put this on at first, but once you do it and set it up properly, it's easy. Our dog now recognizes the collar as a family outing and is very happy when she sees it. In terms of customer service, I originally ordered the small and it fit her JUST, but was too tight. I contacted the company as per their instructions and they sent her media in the same color which fits much better. They said we should give away the small collar and we donated it to our local animal welfare organization as I'm sure they have dogs that will pull there and use the smaller collar. This was probably the easiest return/exchange process I have ever experienced.
