This product is awful! I've tried many of these type of phones from other makers, which mostly or just didn't work. So, when I saw this one, I was resigned to the price, but this is not the wireless multi-phone long or even short distance system you want!So many calls with no one there after one to two rings, poor sound, very little volume rang, no incoming call history, hard to read buttons (small letters, even it the manual, and no backlighting), the intercom function is one-way at a time "push to talk" and slow to connect, incoming and outgoing calls are also slow to connect, extremely basic features, and many other commonly expected phone-handset feature that should be included that aren't for this kind of money. Not worth it. I should have believed the other bad reviews, but there were just so many good ones.
