Have been using this for wildlife photography for over a year and overall very satisfied. The price for the functionality is unbeatable. I use shutter priority mode for what I need. A couple of notes: This camera doesn't do very well in low light. It struggles to keep the color in the photo at the highest ISO settings and reasonable shutter speeds. Using flash means you can't adjust exposure in any of the auto modes, resulting in images being overexposed even with minimal exposure. . The automatic retraction of the lens after 15 seconds in photo view mode is annoying and cannot be switched off. The reset shortcut for turning the camera on and off multiple times is a nuisance, with the lens sometimes not retracting when turned off. You instinctively try to turn the camera back on but it won't turn on and you do it over and over again, then wait a few seconds, try again and succeed! Now the lens retracts and the camera turns on again, but it resets all your settings and you have to struggle to set your shutter speed before the mysterious warbler you just spotted goes on air.
