Exactly what I was looking for

With two dogs that are constantly pulling and choosing to move in opposite directions, this leash was a welcome decision. I've had the leash for about 5 months now and am very happy with how it's holding up. I liked that it has metal buckles instead of plastic buckles. My dogs are very strong and I knew plastic with them would be a waste of time. When they were on different lines there was always confusion and there were many times they almost knocked me over. The stitching on the leash is very strong. This was another problem for me because I had the seams out of the lines before. That was great. I can't say anything about the seat belt function because I didn't use it. My dogs are too big to fit in the seat so we lower the seats and use longer straps to tie them up. two lengths broke. If I had to rate the seller's customer service, it would definitely be 5 stars. I emailed them to let them know what happened and asked if there was a way to fix it or if it was a known issue. They apologized for the inconvenience and said they would solve the problem with the manufacturer, after which they immediately sent me a new one for free. Of course, I fear the same thing will happen to this one at some point, but I've increased the length to the limit. This seems to stress the metal clasp rather than the buckle which is much stronger. But overall I'm very happy with this leash.

Pros
  • Well made and impeccable in detail --- Metal hardware and heavy duty nylon straps. The reflective stitching design makes it perfect for nighttime use. The elastic bungee helps the dog prevent jerking when jerking, and also prevents jerking, makes your hand more comfortable when the dog tries to pull.
Cons
  • Not bad, but...
