The best feature is the ability to have multiple users at the same time. I can't say that I didn't like anything, however, I think there's a lack of customization and the customer service was poor. I had to get a lot of questions answered by the developer. I would say, just make sure you know what you're getting into. You could have a lot of features, but if the support isn't there, you could be in for a bad time. I used it to help with the staff scheduling and making sure that the inventory was correct.
