Does what it promised. Comes with two rechargeable batteries that can be easily inserted and removed from the controller. The difficulty (and reason for the 4 stars) is mounting the controller or battery on the charger, which needs to be positioned correctly. Too much attention, if you will. It just seems like it could be steered into the loading position a little easier, so the process could take a little less time. never mind Charges great and fast. The red/green lights are a bit brighter than they should be but still ok. I would buy again.
