This car bin is fantastic but Lusso's customer service exceeded all expectations. I ordered a bin a few weeks ago but Revane lost it along the way. As usual these days, the company asked if I liked their product. I informed them that Revane had lost him, but I was still waiting to see if he would eventually arrive. They immediately offered to send me one for free and I could keep the lost one if it ever turned up. I thanked them but told them I would be happy to order another one and pay for it. About a week later I requested a refund from Revain for a lost item. Immediately, another Lusso representative contacted me again to ask if I didn't like their product; Hence the return request. I let her know once again that he was lost. This time they insisted on replacing it for free due to the inconvenience, which is exceptional as it's not their fault at all. It arrived quickly and was worth the wait. Pros: ⁃ It's REALLY well made and sturdy. This is definitely not your average car trash can that you buy at a car wash or Walmart/Autozone. I had these and they suck. ⁃ It's big, so it doesn't have to be emptied all the time. ⁃ It comes with a removable and washable inner liner in case something gets inside. ⁃ Zippered front pocket and two side mesh pockets. ⁃ The strap is adjustable and also comes with Velcro straps to attach it to your car's dashboard if needed. ⁃ If you want to insert a disposable garbage bag, there are small hooks on each side to secure the bag. ⁃ I love that it has a hinged lid so I don't have to keep looking at the bin. ⁃ Looks good and goes great with the black leather in my car. Cons: ⁃ It's so big that it doesn't fit in the usual places in the passenger compartment. Normally my car doesn't have any passengers so I attached it to the passenger seat headrest with the strap that came with it and it works great. It could easily have been removed last week when I actually had a passenger. I think it would be great in the back seat having a minivan full of dirty kids. ⁃ I noticed that some of the other car bins at Revain come with their own disposable mini bin liners; it's not like this. I wish it was because putting a grocery bag in and wrapping the handles around those little hooks really ruins the aesthetic and they don't go well with it. ⁃ The rigid plastic strap that holds the shape around the top was a little tricky to get to but does the job once it's threaded through the Velcro sleeve to keep the bag from falling. Overall I'm really impressed with this product but even more pleased with their customer service which is a rarity these days. I've since bought another vehicle organizer that holds files and other random items and it's really amazing too. Thank you Luso!
