Review on Portable Personal Handheld Rechargeable Operated by Amanda Estrada

I ordered this just as we are hitting the high 90s at my place. It's great for travel but not too small and a lot more powerful than I expected. There are 3 settings and the highest setting is pretty strong. I kept it in my pocket when I was on the train home or just getting in the car and the AC wasn't on yet. Very glad I took this. One comment is that it is listed as black and it looks really dark blue to me not black but I like the dark blue look. I tend to get 100% on gradient tests, so maybe I'm just seeing more shades than others and it's black to other people.
