They are gorgeous, so glad my boys are matching pajamas this year. Each year I try to carefully select prints to wear after Christmas Eve and they fit right in. Pants are especially similar to winter pajamas, so they will be of great use. These photos were taken after washing the pajamas. They are soft and stretch a bit which I like. The blue color is bright and vibrant. For size reference I have a 5 year old almost 6 and I'm a size 7. The child is almost 2 and by the large size I'm 3t. I recommend a size like me because pajamas are still tight pajamas, but you give yourself another year of wear if you choose a size or 2. Pajamas can always be worn with the sleeves and pants rolled up if they are a bit large to begin with
