These hangers are good and as described. I've tried my best to show if they really save space or not. In the photos I show a comparison of 10 hangers. I would say that for every 10 hangers you save about 1/4 inch compared to plastic hangers, so it would take 40 hangers to save an inch. Depending on how limited your storage space is, this may or may not matter. Initially I was hoping for a great space saver, but after playing around with them I decided to keep them and only use them for my sweaters. Living in Texas, I don't often wear my beautiful sweaters, but I love them. These hangers seem to hold the shoulders nicely and definitely prevent them from slipping off. As other reviewers have mentioned, it takes a bit longer to hang due to the adhesion on the velvet, which I find fine for sweaters but certainly not my everyday t-shirts and the like. In general I am satisfied. It just depends on your personal goals.
