I bought this on August 28, 2021 and it was shipped on September 1st. The Braava jet had missing parts which took 2 1/2 weeks to receive. Roomba stopped working in October and I contacted support. I have given them copies of the bill 3 times, today is the 4th time. I was promised a new Roomba on October 20th and today customer service said they could not find any record of it. I sent them copies of their emails and promised a replacement. Poor amenities - very poor customer service.
