Review on Webex Support Center by Darryel Tokarczyk

I love that all of my calls are recorded so it is easy for me to go back over them with our team when needed. The interface can be confusing at first but once your used to it its very user friendly! Sometimes there may not always have someone available during certain hours which makes things difficult if we need help right away. However sometimes this does happen even though they say their "live" 24/7. But other than that everything has been great!! We use webex every day now because it allows us to work from home without having everyone physically present.
