Unlike Nicer Dicer, this is a cutting device (cutting-grater), and not a crusher. It is very convenient that the fingers are protected by the holder - you can rub raw vegetables without pain, blood and fear. The design is simply disassembled, not counting the removal of cutting nozzles - some effort is needed there. The photo shows the result of cutting raw potatoes into the thinnest slices.
