The perfect rainbow tutu for kids under 5 years old

My daughter was the envy of her dance class with this tutu. The perfect amount of pouf and fun, a dazzling look. I will say this, we ordered the largest size for my 4 year old. It fits her perfectly but this tutu will not cover your kid's butt if they are over 5 years old imho.
