I don't know how turquoise is in some photos, but it's definitely green. It seems bigger than I expected but looks great. That's why we all buy it, right? Looks? Because the function is nothing special. It comes with a reference chart that shows different levels of tinting depending on the tier of the dial, but I haven't been able to get the same or consistent result. On 3 it seems to jump between 2 and 3. The dimming level wheel is flimsy and lacks a click, making it feel too loose and cheap. Mine came with a right slotted lever that didn't jam every time, but with a little finesse I can get it working. The mode selection buttons are very nice, in contrast to the dimming level control. And I want the crumb tray to pull out from the front instead of the back. In general, the toaster turned out as beautiful as I wanted.
