Revain Renewal's goal was to get a used product that would look and work like new. At a lower cost while saving the planet. Good marketing, I fell for it. Twice! I bought an iPhone 11 ProMax from BuySpry. The first phone had a single deep scratch on the bottom left. It also had metal damage on the bottom left from being dropped by the previous owner. Numerous very noticeable scratches were also visible across the entire screen. What a disappointment for a phone that was marketed as "Refurbished" and called "Class A Refurbishment". Good. Put it on a lemon. I returned it. And ordered another one. Bad sign. A second phone booth was used. The seal was broken and apparently I just received someone's refund. WTH. The second was a little less bad, but unacceptable. . It had a real chip on the LCD along with a few noticeable scratches. Wow. It was not updated to be like new and was not an A class as advertised. I sent this one back too. I've told you bad things before. Good. The first phone's battery was 100% dead, so obviously it was replaced. I don't know about the second phone. I saw the chip in the LCD. I didn't even turn it on. Disappointed, I returned it the same day. Both phones came with protective screens. I'm considering hiding scratches rather than protecting a second user, if I may be cynical. Maybe I have two bad phones and I'm an exception. It could be a BuySpry seller. Do other companies do it better? I don't know, but I don't think I'll be bothering with used Revain marketing for long.
