Microsoft has a lot of mouse families and you can get confused in them - Bluetooth mouse, Bluetooth ergonomic mouse, wireless mobile mouse, sculpt, arc, etc. As a user of various lines, including the Arc touch mouse, I have to say that even the most inexpensive small soft rodents are of quite acceptable build quality, but it is important to understand that Microsoft, like all classic vendors, deliberately cuts down on the functionality and usability of the lower lines in order to sell medium and high more demanding customers. As for the base mouse - no complaints, the wife was happy, the connection with the BT of the laptop keeps with a bang; a separate (girlish) plus - a wide choice of color schemes.
