My waist is 24 inches and my hips are 35 inches. The small ones were too tight around my hips and buttocks. love the quality! New rating: new rock two years later. The first time I ordered this skirt it was amazing. I ordered a black skirt and my 5 stars became 2. The skirt came with these shiny marks on the skirt like it was pre ironed or there was a ton of weight on the skirt pressing the layers together. This company also charges a return shipping fee, $7.95 are very dissatisfied with it.
