Is that magic? no Is it just a piece of polyester fabric? Yes. Does it really work? Depends on the. The temperature is subjective. What I feel cool/cold and/or hot/warm may not be what someone else feels. So will this work for me? It was actually - a little. Keeps my neck cool - not cold when cycling in hot weather. But it doesn't take that long. I take cold water with me when I travel and splash a bit every now and then and it keeps it cool for me. It could be the best thing you've ever bought, or it could be useless. You'll never know if you don't try.
